How long is my proposal pricing guaranteed?

Travel pricing is dynamic and can change based on airline fares, hotel availability, and supplier promotions. Because of this, proposal pricing is typically valid for 24 to 48 hours from the time it’s sent. To lock in your quoted rate, we recommend confirming your booking and submitting your deposit within that window. After the proposal expires, prices and availability may need to be rechecked and updated.

Can I make changes to my booking after it's confirmed?

Changes depend on the supplier’s policies, but we’ll assist with modifications whenever possible. Fees may apply.
